Too beautiful, too real, too unreal... It feels unrealistic that you find a story in the middle of dirt and cruelty this beautiful...

I did try to write a couple more sentences to describe the movie but...

Just see the movie if you already haven't done so, and don't miss the generics at the end. Music is just as great.

I was thinking to write this entry for such a long time, but uploading panels always scares me, don't know why. Nevertheless, I finally gave up and decided to go onto my fears. ahah OK, enough with the rambling.

This idea appeared in my mind when I saw a post including these line: "Everything that Ichigo has done for Hime, was also done for Rukia but multiple times stronger" I guess it was from Starwing's post. Though this is not the first time that I heard or thought it and the fact that most of the things below were already said before, I wanted to compile them in one entry (and also want to rant about them) What I'm going to do is to compare Ichigo's actions towards different girls in similiar situations, yeah this definitely not a brand new topic but meh, seems like we are not going to get any IchiRuki reunion soon. Repeating things don't hurt, ne?  ^__^


PS: I wanted to put the pictures in thumbnail form but in the process of trying to figure it out, my eyes got used to this size. But I'll gladly accept any kind of hint for the next time XD

It is already late in here that I'm definitely not in the perfect state of mind to claim to do an analysis of this chapter. However, it just needs to be spoken about and to be fangirled over it. But honestly, I have to admit that even if I wasn't sleepy, I couldn't do anything different cause I'm already too amazed to be normal XD To give an example, last time I tried to post about this ch in the IchiRuki FC, I ended up something like this:

if Rukia is safe
    go and help some people, save some friends;

    screw everything, go and find Rukia;
(happy) end

Haha technically this code is no better than a crappy "Hello world" code but I've never been proud of a code that I'd written before. Syntax error? sure, but no semantics error and it is all that matters ^__^

OK. to be serious, I've never expected Ichigo to show his feelings so explicitly at this stage of manga. I thought it was still early for him to reveal his hidden color, but I'm very happy I failed in my predictions. I was going to be content with a struggling Ichigo, it would be enough if he hesitated a little more than he had done for Chad. However, Ichigo forgetting all about the reason why he was there in the first place was unexpected. And there is really no base for demeaning his reaction by calling it was only natural for him trying to go back to Rukia because she is severly wounded and Orihime, on the other hand, is not in a danger.

While the statement is true, it is not the entire story. First of all, it is not natural nor ordinary because in order to call something ordinary, there has to be an example of it that has occured before. But we certainly don't have.  He never did this before for no one else. He never tried to step back from a fight nor he stopped trying to go forward. Nope, it is as clear as crystal that he didn't hesitate for a second to go back to her and until Ulqi mentioned Orihime, she didn't crossed her mind not even for once, even before the encountering, he seem like to forget about his mission. After all, it was Rukia who reminded him their mission. And if anything, he seems like to plant some doubts about Orhime's abduction instead of having flashbacks or questioning what Orihime means to him. But I'll come to this later. Add on to that, Ichigo can't be sure if Orihime is well because there hasn't been any indication of her well being and now he is sure that she is there by force, but still no hesitation to go back. So, it is still <i>unusual</i> of him.

I have to admit that out of many possibilities, an encounter with Ulqi was the one that I was most worried about. Because, Ulqi is the only one that could have tied them and made a bond between Ichigo and Orihime. He could have served for this purpose perfectly but the fact remains that, KT is master of twists and even Ulqi has served for deepening his bond with Rukia. He surpizingly became the third party that I was eagerly waiting for to tell Ichigo about Rukia's fight.  the again, Ichigo turning his back and not letting his face to be seen is nothing but an indication of how tense he is. Ulqi teased him by telling him the details of Rukia's fight but the last drop was his teasing about Orihime and he reacted that strong, not only for what he did to Orihime but also what he said about Rukia. Because it is clear that Ichigo was already very tense and Ulqi has already showed how he is skilled at teasing people that he even made Orihime to explode, so Ichigo jumping at him with that much anger is so <i>expected</i> And the biggest proof of this assumption comes from Ichigo himself:

"looks like this person isn't going to let me go" This is going to be one of my favourite quotes, oh thank you KT so much that you don't leave any room for a misunderstanding. He isn't fighting for him to make him regret what he had done to Orhime, he just wants him out of his way to Rukia and he now understands that he has to fight him for this aim. I'm of course not impliyng that he didn't care about Orihime, it would be out of his character. However, I am really surprized that there, in deed, is something that out of  him.

Ichigo: So Inoue…really didn’t come here to Hueco Mundo of her own free will…!

Ulquiorra: That’s surprising, even her friends who came all the way here to save her had their suspicions about her.

Ichigo: Don’t you get it!? It’s because of you! It’s because of you that Inoue has been treated like a traitor!

When I read those lines, I didn't have the feeling that Ichigo had some suspicions about her and would argue with the same lines "of course he is not, it would be out of his character" However, when I gave it a second thought, it just striking that Ichigo had in deed some suspicions, because he didn't deny it when Ulqi told him and "don't you get it, it is because of you" sounds like an acceptance of the statement more than denying it. However, I still think that it is out his character, so I guess I am going to take this as a translation mistake, nevertheless this paragraph is going to stay untill there is a correction of the translation.

The only event  that can be interpreted as an IchiOri argument is that the strong reaction of Ichigo when he learnt about Orihime's abduction, but in order to call this chapter as an IchiOri one, the only way is to ignore the remaining pages of it and the previous 269 chapters. In the end, nothing can change the fact that the chapter started with  Ichigo not hesitating to go back to Rukia in the first place and ended with him still trying to make a way to Rukia, regardless what he just learnt. And of course, I'm so in love with what he did, he definitely made us to squeal over him which seemed to be rather hard after Kaien's appereance but Ichigo is right on the way for surpassing Kaien's impact.

Finally I made it to have a customized LJ and I'm not going to break the traditions of LJ. Yay for the first post!! I have been using this account for only posting comments in IchiRuki LJ's but I guess it is the perfect time for starting to post some stuff. Bleachforums is down once again, most likely we, IchiRuki lovers, are going to keep to spread IchiRuki love on LJs because ch270 is made pure LOVE. This is a milestone for our beloved pairings and I'm so ecstatic about this. Yep, you got that right, this journal is going to be IchiRuki centric ^___^ Ehm, I guess this post is at the edge of an immediate unconciuosly-made analysis about the last chapter but it would be inappropriate for the first post. So I'll quit talking about this chapter for a while *calms down*


About the subtitle of this LJ... It is the name of a great book and a part of the great quote in it, just in case you haven't heard it before. I guess this is one of the quotes that I found it perfectly sums it up all. I've never promised a rose garden for anyone, and the life has never promised me a rose garden. So I'm easily content with a bunch of chamomile XD ahaha enough with the flower metaphore. Good to be here, good to have a chance for babbling freely.
